jammed doormissing toiletries
i noticed the bathroom door didn't close properly because it was jammed.. also, there was no shower gel or shampoo, only hand soap available. a bottle of water in the room would have been nice. i could hear the neighbors' radio through the wall all night.

The rooftop pool and bar were nice. I enjoyed that surprise. The location is great and in the town center. My modern room included a pretty nice balcony and a good TV.

the breakfast was acceptable. there were many options available (i especially liked the fruit).
The room i was in felt quite dated. the bathroom door was difficult to close. It seemed misaligned. also, the air conditioning unit. these issues impacted my overall comfort.

The location was very central. It was easy to get around.
My room lacked a hairdryer. That was inconvenient. the bathroom door was also unusually small, i barely fit through it. the lack of a shower curtain meant water went everywhere during showers.

The location was CENTRAL to everything. The fitness center included sufficient equipment such as dumbbells and cardio machines. The team at the breakfast restaurant and the bar were FRIENDLY (i appreciated that).
The check-in process took TOO long.

The location was great. It made it easy to reach many restaurants and bars by foot. The staff members were helpful and friendly. I also received a complimentary upgrade to a better room with a balcony, nice.
The noise at night was unbearable. Trucks washing the streets and motorbikes delivering food kept me awake. The pool had limited hours. It was only open from 12 pm to 4 pm, as opposed to the listed hours.

Acceptable Stay with Issues
small bedbathroom ventilation
I found some aspects of the room disappointing. The bathroom lacked ventilation , and there was nowhere to hang a wet towel. Also , the bed was too small for two people , even though I requested twin beds.
